Job Title: U.S. Sales Manager

Objectives:

Responsible for creating and developing new customer relationships. Responding to and solving clients' sales and marketing issues, domestically and internationally.

Qualifications:

2+ years channel sales experience to distributors, resellers and e-commerce.

• BS/BA in Business or related field/work experience.

• Detail oriented and self motivated.  

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.


Responsibilities:

• Develope new business relationship with Distributors, Resellers, E-Tailors and System Integrators. Form channel partner program with qualified accounts.

• Provide product information, news, sales strategies to clients’ sales & marketing team.

• Co-develop marketing programs and campaigns with customers to positively impact our sales revenue, product distribution, brand positioning and excellent customer services.

• Provide excellent service to clients through in-depth attention and follow up on accounts.

• Effectively respond to clients' requests, inquiries, suggestions, as well as concerns.

• Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns, and advertising activities.

• Continuously establish, nurture, and maintain client relationships as a result of extensive interaction and strong communication skills.

• Maintain and enforce company’s terms of service.

• Work cooperatively with the Sales and Support team, along with engineers and product managers, to get our customers' issues resolved.

• Coordinated market research activities, maintained database and competitor information, also assisted with product/service development and strategies.

• Actively involved in the development process for new enhancements and product offerings from concept to approval through launch.

Job Title:Country Manager

Objectives:

Qualifications:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Objectives:
Responsible on corporate branding, product positioning, communicate with editorial reviews, coordinate sales trainings, tradeshow events and road shows.  Develop channel marketing strategy along with sales teams to increase awareness and sales revenue. 

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of overall Marketing Manager experience

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. MBA desirable.

• Proven ability to translate technical advantages into business-case value propositions.

• Experience performing competitive analysis

• Ability to speak to audiences from 5 - 100+

• Proven abilities to deliver on multiple projects under competing deadlines while working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:
• Analyze market and competitive trends, reviewing research and identifying trends, threats, and opportunities with potential impact on marketing strategy.

• Review sales and booking data, understanding strengths and weaknesses of sales channel, to better define effective marketing initiatives.

• Work with subject matter experts to understand current product and technology capabilities provide feedback, and collaborate on positioning products and associated services.

• Develop an integrated business case and solution definition, defining target market segments, assessing business opportunity and market size, and working with Management to define offering that meets business needs.

• Develop global marketing objectives and go to market strategy with associated marketing initiatives for sales and channels to grow services business to meet business targets.

• Define, manage and implement marketing initiatives to build awareness, preference and purchase offerings globally.
• Assist sales training for distributors and resellers, coordinate road show and trade show events from ground up.

• Build relationships with key Editorial review sites and publications, understanding engagement model and ensuring new product and technology introduction to market.

• Track, report on and assess campaign and marketing initiative results, adjusting course as necessary and communicating to management and cross-functionally.

• Excellent communicator, strong leader and motivator with track-record of successful teamwork and aggressive execution.

• Experience in creating and driving portfolio marketing campaigns. Proven ability to assess market position and customer needs, translate business priorities and roadmap into portfolio vision and differentiated messaging and positioning.

• Strong solutions-oriented thinking essential, and demonstrated ability to operate very effectively and successfully across multiple teams, peer organizations and with senior leadership.

• Creative problem solving skills with the ability to understand customer and market requirements and translate those into proposed solutions.

• Experience with all elements of life-cycle marketing, through direct and indirect sales channels (product launch, transition, and end-of-life).

• Ability to develop & evolve long-term strategies while consistently driving tactical projects, and the ability to work independently. Self-motivation & flexibility in a fast paced, ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
